Can I ask a question based on earlier videos and do I ask the question on your latest video such as this one.

???? Hi Tami & Tom. Thank you for your wonderful videos and blogs. I have been vegetarian for most of my life and changed to vegan 12 months ago for health reasons. As I am keen to follow your recipes I have watched a lot of your videos & read some blogs and now and would like to use my new multi cooker. I have not seen any Australian vegan pressure cooker or instant pot recipe books. Are there any recipe books for vegan instant pot you recommend. Some of your ingredients are different than I can buy here and I have not been used to eating Mexican food so would also like to know what you recommend to try in your Mexican recipes that are not wraps. I enjoy spicy food. It’s fantastic seeing you Tami and Tom combining your knowledge and experiences and being generous in sharing them with us new to SOS vegan cooking and lifestyle. Love your work. Looking forward to looking at all you have posted and do in the future. Stay safe and well. Tiffany ????

Hi Tami! Thank you for your helpful videos. If you had to choose between straight up food and The Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease Cookbook which one would you recommend the most for person who is a beginner to plant based eating?

I'm not sure you could say "fortunately" but I faced little resistance regarding my WFPB lifestyle because I was so very sick/thin/frail prior to that. My husband, however, faces constant social pressure from other men despite having lost weight and improved his heart health.

I just love your discussions and Q&A …..if I ever make it to the vegan cruise and meet you I’m sure you would be overwhelmed as I feel you are my friends along with people who comment here…..yet you would only perhaps know my name, if that! …..in any case what I learned today is that I have to grind my Nigella Sativa! I have just been sprinkling them on different dishes I make… thankyou for your commitment and for making staying at home easier…

Tami, thank you for this practical, very helpful advice and tips. I felt like I was sitting with you in your kitchen, I found myself nodding and agreeing with you! I find it difficult to be WFPB in dealing with family and friends and this was very helpful!
