Hi I enjoyed your video I am doing some research to see if I want to download the app and this was fun to watch however can I make a suggestion and have the male voice in the background sit closer to you so that he’s not screaming questions from across the room I was really annoying and I fast forward through all of his questions because he’s yelling. Lol

I sent a text message per your instructions (above), but I got an error message each time I tried. It says,

"Oops! ""ANIMATION"" is not a recognized keyword. Please make sure you're typing the correct keyword and try again.

Are you using a matte screen protector? I was curious about getting one and not sure if I would enjoy them, or if they would wear the nib out faster.

Hiya, Lisa.
I have to say that, after trawling for quite some time through YouTube in search of any useful videos on making animations on Procreate, I had been getting to the end of my tether with people who might be showing lovely artwork and clever animations, but who omitted to say HOW they did this or that particular operation! I ended up howling at the screen… "HOW the heck did you do that just then? WHY didn't you tell us??"
So many of them take we viewers for granted and don't EXPLAIN each little step they do – which is vital for newbies like me!
THANK YOU so much for leaving no stone unturned when you explained every little step you were taking with this! What also helped enormously was the fact that you'd originally done it live and so subscribers were actually sending in relevant questions while you were working on it (voiced by hubby in the background) and this clarified everything and enabled me to make invaluable notes so that I could get to grips with trying this myself.
At seventy, I'm very new to an iPad and to Procreate, so I'm eager to learn as much as I can. I shall certainly be scouring through your channel now to see what else I can learn from you!
Thanks again!

I checked out this video because I was upgrading my procreate. Nicely done. I have experience with animation from years back but did learn some workflow tips from your video. I heard you mention animated PNG with a tone of curiosity. Since you seemed unsure I thought I’d inform you of it’s use. Since the major difference with a PNG vs other formats is it’s transparency, an exported PNG animation is needed to layer over another animation or video. Think Roger Rabbit. Thanks again.

Hey, Great video, thank you so much! To "undo" the grouping of frames, drag and drop the layer(s) you want to "undo" on the canvas itself. It will automatically add the layer(s) at the top and you can delete the original grouping. It also lets you move the orders of the frames. 41:34

This was a great tutorial! I have a quick question. When I go to save my GIF, the colors become less vibrant. Would anyone by chance know why that’s happening? Thanks!
